We begin by sitting down with you to talk about your dream for the design - your likes and dislikes, your needs, how you will use each room, and how the design will support your lifestyle. We'll discuss your budget and give you an idea of what you can expect at various price points. Then we measure the existing space.
Back in our studio, a detailed floor plan for the new design is drafted. We review this plan with you and make improvements to it. Then the final drawings and elevations are produced.

In the final stage of the planning process, we work with you to select products and finishes that fit within your established budget - flooring, countertops, cabinetry, appliances, furniture, fabrics, wall coverings, paint colors, faux finishes, moulding, window coverings, murals, art.... Through the Denver Design Center complex, interior designers have access to furnishings and finishes that you won't find in most retail stores. For some commercial projects, we'll prepare color and material boards so that clients can display the planned design to their customers and associates.

After you approve the plans, we coordinate the construction of your project. Bollinger Design Group works with some of the top contractors and craftsmen in the Denver area.
The appliances are installed, the furnishings are delivered and arranged, and you can begin enjoying the new space custom designed to fit your lifestyle.
